Crane camera, mapping and 3D site monitoring solution
Real-time and 3D BIM
This innovative case allows to scan day after day the building under construction over 360 °. Thus, a three-dimensional numerical model is generated for 3D site monitoring. The Crane Camera uses the technology of the photogrammetry. This technology, widely used in drones, comes from the aerial imagery world.

From the crane to the cloud
The “Camera Crane” is totally autonomous. It is fixed on the boom crane and oriented towards the ground. It captures information in real time and can transfer its data to an online server through a 4G link.
The site manager can view, control and share remotely, via the Internet, on computer, telephone or tablet all technical and dimensional information thanks to a 3D mesh.

The 2D orthophoto of your work area or building will allow you to print, annotate and work on a daily basis to the progress of your site with ease. |
The point cloud allows to obtain 3D information and thus to realize a topographic plan with altitude information. The relative accuracy of the cloud is 1-2 pixels in planimetry and 2-3 pixels in altimetry. |
The 3D model of your building site or construction is vectorized from the point cloud to obtain a photo-realistic 3D set. |

3D and 2D site monitoring

2D modeling
Orthophotography is an aerial image of the site resulting from the reconstruction of several rectified photos. Thus the objects inclination due to the slopes is corrected.

3D modeling
The point cloud allows to obtain 3D information and thus to realize a topographic plan with altitude information. The relative accuracy of the cloud is 1-2 pixels in planimetry and 2-3 pixels in altimetry.
